Early summer wind
Deposits last winter's leaves
Atop fresh green shoots.

 A seed, intact, grows
a tree. The pulverized seed
grows into a bird.

Watering garden.
Casting reflective puddles --
Painting with sunlight.

Ordered rock garden
bounded by lush green -- Buddha
watches Buddha's mind.

Such lovely yellow
flowers! Sorry, weed...you might
spoil my garden.

On wet garden stones,
just after winter night's rain,
pale moonlight falls.
